We are currently looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our growing team in Dover, NH! We are pleased to offer the right applicant a full-time Monday-Friday position, with a competitive hourly wage and an excellent benefits package. This is not a commission-based position. This position requires an individual to make 30-40 daily calls to qualified candidates.
The ideal candidate is a reliable office professional who is an organized, detail-oriented team player with strong customer service skills and is able to meet goals and deadlines. Schedule:
- We are looking for someone who can work 30-40 hours per week, in-person, at our office in Dover (this position is not remote). We can be flexible with a schedule between the hours of 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review resumes and conduct phone interviews with candidates in support of multiple contract staffing demands
- Extensive phone work requiring a confident and professional demeanor
- Enter and maintain accurate documentation in our online applicant tracking system
- Additional recruitment and administrative duties, as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent phone and customer service skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency with MS Office
- Highly motivated, hard-working and organized
- Must be flexible and able to shift priorities from day-to-day
