Full-Time HR Administrative Assistant – Dover, NH

Our dynamic team is growing, and we have an immediate opening for a full-time HR Administrative Assistant in our Dover office. The ideal candidate will be well organized with a meticulous attention to detail, possess excellent communication skills and has experience supporting HR operations in a very busy office environment. What you will do:

  • Provide administrative support to our HR department to include heavy data entry, processing of onboarding paperwork, timesheet reconciliation, etc.

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience, preferably supporting HR operations
  • Some College preferred
  • Exceptional organizational ability and time management skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention-to-detail combined with solid typing and data entry skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to excel and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environment
  • Capacity to perform multiple repetitive tasks in accordance with onsite procedures
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and ability to successfully adapt to frequent priority changes
  • Familiarity with confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Friendly and professional demeanor, team player mentality
  • Flexible and resourceful in problem-solving
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrates initiative with a dedicated work ethic

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm (note: this in not a remote position, role is in-person)

Pay Rate: Commensurate with experience, competitive benefits package available upon conversion to regular employment.
