Allied Government Solutions, Inc. is currently recruiting for a Field Service Technician for a defense and security company in the Southern NH area.
- Scrub files, PCs, and laptops using a documented process.
- Install hardware and software.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot problems directly with user.
- Contact and assist vendors.
- Assist with computer studies, projects, and implementation of policies.
- Perform new computer configuration.
- Coordinate the workplace upgrade/replacement process.
- Patch PC and standalones as directed.
- Must have an active Secret clearance; Top Secret clearance preferred.
- Security + certification.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2+ years relevant experience.
- Strong communication, computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient knowledge of computer hardware, software, and terminology.
